Overall, though, the positive aspects greatly outweighed the negatives. Can’t wait to return!

I stayed in the Single Room with Shared Bathroom for 1 night. It was decent, but definitely not perfect. The room felt a bit cramped, and there were noticeable marks and holes in the walls. On a positive note, the bed was cozy enough for a good night's sleep. The shared bathroom was fairly clean, which was a plus. Just wish the overall vibe was a bit fresher!

my stay at modern was fantastic! the location is perfect, right in the middle of everything. the staff were super friendly, always there to help. my room was spacious and clean, just what I needed. I loved the chill common areas, perfect for meeting new friends during my five nights there.
